The Ramparts at Roxborough is a thirty-two unit town home/condominium complex located deep within the unique and secluded Roxborough Park community. Roxborough Park is located next to the State Park and Arrowhead Golf Course. The community enjoys the feel of country living yet is located only minutes from shopping and businesses. We share our space with many varieties of Colorado foothills wildlife and it is common to have several deer lounging in our common areas. The homes were built in the mid-seventies. There are four different two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,380 to 1,860 square feet. Most homes have either full or partial basements.

The Ramparts at Roxborough Homeowners' Association (HOA) is responsible to maintain the common landscaped areas, snow removal in the parking areas only, maintenance of the roofs, gutters, and siding. The monthly HOA assessment ranges from $153 to $191 depending on the size of the unit.

In addition to the Ramparts HOA, the Roxborough Park Foundation is responsible to provide maintenance of the common areas within the Park, hiking trails, playgrounds, roads, drainage and trash removal. The annual assessment for Roxborough Park Foundation for 2006 is $1,146.
